When the weather outside is less than ideal (I’m writing this as 40mph winds rage outside and the rain is lashing against the windows) many parents are inclined to delay their family photoshoot and wait until spring/summer/better weather.
While I absolutely love being outside and capturing family fun in the great outdoors, what I don’t love is waiting until later to capture precious memories of your children growing up. But there’s no better time than right now. So here are my top 6 family photoshoot ideas to try at home, whatever the weather.
Last week we headed to The Stones (that’s Stonehenge if you’re not local) with a group of other home educating families. To be honest, I went there as much for me as for my Mr almost-5. Give me an ancient monument over an art gallery any day, that’s me.
Last month, I blogged about one of my favourite locations for a family photoshoot, Hampstead Heath. This month, as I was looking through the folders on my computer, I knew I wanted to pick another Central(ish ;) London location, but just couldn’t decide which one. So I decided to put together a feature of a variety of my favourite spots in London town.
